I had been to several other dealers and as a female customer never felt entirely comfortable dealing with their sales staff. To me, first impressions are everything and right from the start my experience with Lexus was extremely positive. I believe that there has to be a level of trust when making a fairly significant purchase and Maurice, the Sales Associate that I dealt with was honest, professional and always took the time to answer all of my questions about the various vehicles that I looked at. I felt that he took a genuine interest in what vehicle would best suit the needs of my family’s lifestyle and our budget. I never felt pressured and when I did make a decision and purchase I was 100% sure that I was making the right choice. I never experienced any buyers regret and am still extremely happy with my vehicle. This letter is to express my appreciation for the professional and courteous service Lexus has offered me during my vehicle buying process. I purchased a car in the preowned department last April and everything from the customer service to the finance department was of the utmost excellence. And thanks to their much informed website, finding the perfect vehicle out of the comfort of my home was made simple! Along side a gracious follow-up, Lexus was kind to accommodate to my needs. They were able to offer me extras including 3M protection and tint, which to my relief was done quick and easily. Registration was conveniently close by and so, I had the luxury of taking my car immediately.
I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone else, as I am certain they will have an experience just as enjoyable as mine.

Recently my wife was looking for a used car. While passing the Lexus dealership, we thought we'd pop in to take a look, and saw a few vehicles that interested her. After a moment we were greeted by salesman Stuart Bendall, who was very courteous and extremely helpful. My wife had a number of questions, and Stuart was very patient and thorough with us. We visited a number of dealerships that week, and did not find the same level of service that we received from Stuart, anywhere else; in fact quite the opposite. At no time did Stuart pressure us, or lurk, or make us feel anything but welcome to ask as many questions as we needed to. We took the car my wife liked best for a test drive, and bought it later that day. When we picked it up, it was immaculately detailed and had a small gift of cookies for our young daughter. We were so impressed with the overall experience, that we have told everyone we know, and will ourselves always go to that dealership first when looking for a vehicle.

Hey, Our experience with the Pre Owned department at the West End Lexus Dealership was great. We found the ad for a 2009 Honda Pilot EXL with 10000 kms on it through the Auto / Truck Trader and it was very reasonably priced. This price listed in the ad was even better than what we could get at the Honda dealership. My wife and I then paid a visit to the Lexus Dealership in the Summer of 2009 and within a short period of time at the store we made a deal to purchase this unit. The salesman was professional and the sales manager made our shopping experience enjoyable due to a no nonsense type deal. I was definitely not in the mood for the typical games played at other car dealerships (especially Chev/GMC), where they list a price and you have to try and get up to $12000 off of list price if they feel like it that day. We managed to get the vehicle for cheaper than what the list price was and this made us felt like smiling for once after making a vehicle purchase. Before releasing the vehicle to us the Dealership ensured everything was in working order on the unit and we have had absolutely no problems with it from the day we bought it to currently (not something we could have said from previous vehicle purchases at other car dealerships). We continue to feel good about making this purchase through the West End Lexus Dealership and would reccommend anyone to use them to make their Pre Owned Vehicle purchase. Thank You Lexus!
